We accept a variety of file formats including PDF, AI, PSD, JPEG, and PNG. For best results, we recommend providing high-resolution (300 dpi) PDF files with fonts embedded and all colors converted to CMYK. Vector files (AI, EPS) are preferred for logos and line art.

Yes, we offer sample kits and single samples for most of our products. This allows you to see and feel the quality of our printing and paper stocks before committing to a larger order. There may be a small fee for custom samples, which is typically credited back on your first order.

For new clients, we typically require full payment before production begins. Established clients may be eligible for Net 30 terms with approved credit. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and check payments.
